The Irwin Foundation is a nonprofit foundation committed to the vision of recovery and the process of recovering from mental illness. It promotes educational and training initiatives and supports community activities through its Celebration Recovery events.

Since 2000 The Irwin Foundation has advanced the vision of recovery and promoted recovery focused programs. We recognize and honor individuals who are dedicated to the recovery vision – individuals in recovery as well as others who enrich, energize, encourage, and help make recovery possible.

The Decade of the Senior Citizen!

Longevity has come of age! An enormous demographic shift is upon us. Globally, unprecedented population aging over the next 50 years is anticipated with profound implications for many aspects of human life. And the consequences?
